Hi there. Hopefully someone can help me figure this out. When I started 2 months ago, I decreased my calorie intake way too much and found out that I wasn't losing due to such a deficiency. So I went up on calories to a healthy range and still havent lost any weight. Everyday when I would track my meals etc. it would tell me that if everyday were like this day, I would lose a certain amount in a specific amount of time. Nothing has happened so I have definitely become discouraged. Anyone experience the same thing? Thanks in advance!
