Blaze not syncing ams082800 — Mar 09, 2017 06:01AM PST

Myfitnesspal and my fitbit app aren't syncing. I have checked the settings and fitbit is chosen as my steps.
I have added and deleted man times. Both my phone(note 5) and apps are up-to-date.
What else can fix this?

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble. We are currently investigating an issue which is causing fitbit steps to not be recognized, even though it has been successfully linked. We’ve added your username to the service ticket for the issue and we’ll do what we can to get a fix in place as soon as possible.
