Fitbit not connecting kariengen — Mar 10, 2017 01:20PM PST

My fitbit step tracker is not showing up as my exercise on myfitnesspal? Am I doing somethign wrong? It says that I'm connected to it but it's not transferring over.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us, we apologize for any confusion. It appears that you have an issue with the access token between the two accounts. To fix this can you please take the following steps in this exact order?

- Log into your Fitbit Dashboard and unlink your MyFitnessPal connection
- Log into MyFitnessPal and make sure that Fitbit is completely disconnected
- While still logged into your MyFitnessPal account please reauthorize your Fitbit account

I have the same problem and I have tried disconnecting several times and it won't transfer data. It was working fine until a week ago.

Hi Hedy10k,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. I can see that you do not have Fitbit chosen as your primary step source within the MyFitnessPal app, and instead currently have Garmin, which would be causing the Fitbit adjustment not to come through. Would you please select Steps from the app menu and choose Fitbit as your primary step source. Or, from the web, Apps > Step Source, and choose Fitbit.
