Hi I am new and have lost some weight this last week - I want to make sure my daily calorie intake will still allow for this - How can i check or adjust my calorie intake. dont worry i am no where near 1200 carolies a week.

Hey thanks for posting your question. While your goals will update automatically when your weight changes by 10 lbs, you can also manually tell it recalculate your calorie goal based on your current weight, at any time.

Log in to http://www.myfitnesspal.com in a web browser
Click “My Home”, then “Goals”, then click view guided setup
Click Update Profile and it will recalculate your goals based on your current info.
From our Android and iOS apps:
Tap “Goals” in the Menu (or “More” page)
Change your current weight to a value higher or lower than your actual weight. Save the change, then change it back to your current weight.
Your calorie goal will update as you adjust your current weight.
