Fitbit Sync veneziake — Mar 16, 2017 07:48PM PDT

My fitbit is not collecting data from myfitnesspal. I have disconnected, reconnected, and forced sync. What now? The apps do not recognize they are linked. I have already spent time on the phone with fitbit trying to fix the problem, but cannot seem to fix it.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us.

We do not see Fitbit connected to your MyFitnessPal profile.

You can link your Fitbit account from our website, or via iOS apps.
Once you have registered your Fitbit tracker and created an account at fitbit.com:
On the Web
Log in to www.myfitnesspal.com, visit this link and click “Connect Accounts”, which should be directly under the “Buy” Option

In our iOS apps

Launch the MyFitnessPal app and go to the main Menu on the left hand side, then Scroll to “Apps & Devices”, scroll down to Fitbit Tracker, then hit the blue “Connect” button.

You will be taken to a page at Fitbit.com where you can authorize the connection between your MyFitnessPal account and your Fitbit account. (If you are not already logged in at Fitbit.com, you will need to log in before you can complete the authorization).

If you are using one of our other apps, simply connect online and the connection will transfer to those apps.

I have done this numerous times. There is a problem with my connection to your service. I appear to have registered with you both to fitbit.

We apologize for any issue, can you let us know how you are accessing the program (iPhone6, Android, web, etc.) as well as the exact steps you are taking and at which step you are receiving the error?
