Fitbit can't connect rissatrevino — Mar 17, 2017 07:28AM PDT

Every time I try to connect my Fitbit to my fitness pal I get this error message: Another MyFitnessPal account has already been linked to this Fitbit account. Only one account may be linked at once.

What is weird is that it's connecting to my fitbit app, because I can see it pop-up, I've tried it several times. Fitbit suggested revoking access and waiting 15 minutes, which I did, and no luck. MFP still won't fully connect.

Any suggestions?

Please contact us here, so we can triage this with you through email. When you write in, please include your Myfitnesspal username and Fitbit ID so we can take a look.

Steps to get user ID #
1. Log in to Fitbit.com and click on your profile photo.
2. This will take you to your Fitbit.com Profile and now copy the URL from your browser’s address field and paste it in the email reply

Your Fitbit ID will look something like this: www.fitbit.com/user/1234A
