Another Fitbit sync problem ClosetBayesian — Mar 20, 2017 09:58AM PDT

My Fitbit and MFP have had problems syncing for the past four or five days. I have un-linked and re-linked them. I now have MFP food and water data in my Fitbit app (with the exception of Friday, for some reason), but MFP is not updating correctly with my steps or my calorie adjustment.

Again, I have already un-linked and re-linked the accounts.

Given the number of Fitbit-related questions over the past few days, I would suggest the problem is a software issue, not a user issue....

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble. We are currently investigating an issue which is causing fitbit steps to not be recognized, even though it has been successfully linked. We’ve added your username to the service ticket for the issue and we’ll do what we can to get a fix in place as soon as possible.
