Not able to select Garmin as my step source. TheHelmsman — Mar 20, 2017 10:08AM PDT
I have been trying to re-connect my Garmin Connect account as the step source for MFP but MFP does not allow me to select Garmin as the source. When I purchased my Garmin tracker I was able to link everything up and it has worked flawlessly for the last month or so. But, I started having some sync issues with my Vivoactive HR and the Garmin Connect app and resolved it by un-linking everything and re-linking them back up. However, after I did that I lost the step tracking feature with MFP. I un-linked the two apps, re-linked them from the Garmin side and I am getting the data from MFP into the Connect app but I still cannot get the steps to sync in MFP. When I got to choose a device in the Steps menu it shows I have Garmin Connect connected but does not give me an option to select it as my source, the only options it gives me are "Disconnect" and "Buy." Any help in resolving this would be much appreciated.
