Fitbit Sync problems leilaa608 — Apr 16, 2017 11:45AM PDT

I have had fitbit for over a month now, up until last week all was working well. But now every 1-2 days, steps stop syncing - the Fitbit app gets info from My Fitness Pal, like calories, but steps do not sync from Fitbit to MFP. Adding excercise manually does not help. When I revoke connection from both apps, and then connect them again everything works again for 1-2 days, and then the same problem occurs. It there any permanent solution?

PS Having read more threads: I have uninstalled and installed the app again as well.

When we view your account status we are currently seeing that your fitbit has reported 12,265 steps and 1948 calories burned as of 10:04 pm. We are showing that you are receiving an adjustment for 516 calories for your tracked activity. Please follow up with us if you are not seeing the adjustment line on your end or if the amount reported by fitbit in your adjustment details does not match what is showing in your fitbit dashboard for the same time.
