Myfitnesspal failed to sync with server jeromearrington6950 — Apr 16, 2017 05:36PM PDT

The last time I successful synced with the MyFitnessPal server was yesterday. Today I get a message that the sync failed. And when I check the website none of my recorded data from today is showing on the site. Is there a way to force a sync? Or is this related to a server issue?

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble with the fitbit integration. We’re currently looking into the issue which has caused steps from fitbit to stop syncing around 4/15. Some users have let us know that the issue started shortly after they updated the firmware on their tracker. We are still investigating to confirm the source of the problem but if you started having trouble after updating your tracker or the fitbit app, you may also want to touch base with their team to see if they have any additional insight to offer.
