MFP does not sync to Garmin Connect emmaebosley — Apr 17, 2017 02:04PM PDT

I have read through countless questions and forums of people having the same problem and nothing that has been posted remedies the situation. If I go into Garmin Connect, it shows that it is connected to MFP but does not sync my activity/steps to MFP and MFP doesn't sync my food. If I go to MFP.com under apps, I can find Garmin Connect to sync and it just has me log in every time and this hasn't fixed the problem. There is no point to use this app if it doesn't sync with my device so I can accurately see my calories in/out through both MFP AND Garmin. HELP

When we view your account status we are currently seeing that your Garmin Connect has reported 3725 steps and 1116 calories burned as of 2:17 pm. We are showing that you are receiving an adjustment for 0 calories since your tracked calorie burn has not yet exceeded what we are already giving you credit for, based on your profile info. Please follow up with us if you are not seeing the adjustment line on your end or if the amount reported by Garmin Connect in your adjustment details does not match what is showing in your Garmin Connect dashboard, at the time of the next sync.
