New scale input is terrible thehutchcom — Apr 19, 2017 11:39AM PDT
I'm using the Android app. I absolutely loved your old weight input system where you could gently slide the number up and down with your thumb. This went away when you debuted the new UnderArmor scale that synchs with the app; suddenly, we have to place the cursor at the end of our weight, hit backspace key to remove the numbers, and then type in the numbers. I know some people complained (I saw the related post), but this seems like going backwards. (I honestly don't know how anyone could find the slider harder. After all, we lose weight in small increments. Re-typing numbers every day is ridiculously more work than scrolling up or down a click.)
But what's worse is that I have to try to fit my finger into the uppermost corner of the screen, and it is tight against the protective case on my phone. It is cumbersome and inelegant.
FEATURE REQUEST: Please consider bringing the slider back or making it an option, or at the very least move the little window a few pixels to the left so that I don't have to make four attempts to jab my fat finger to the edge of the number!
