MFP and accupedo calorie burning won't sync dijkstramaaike — Apr 20, 2017 02:22AM PDT
I synchronized MFP with the accupedo app. The amount of steps shows up in MFP at 'training', but the amount of burned calories doesn't show, it just says zero. I read somewhere that this is normal, and that MFP automatically calculates the amount of calories and adds them up at the daily remaining calories. This isn't true however. For example:
My goal is 1200 kcals per day. So far, I ate 465 calories and burned 82 (according to accupedo). If MFP would add up the amount of calories, my remaining number should look like this:
1200 - 465 = 817 remaining (because 735 + 82 = 817)
However, it doesn't. It looks like this:
1200 - 465 = 735 remaining
As you can see, the burned amount of calories with accupedo is nowhere to be found. It's just exactly the amount of calories I set my goal to be, minus the amount of calories I ate. It's not at 'training', nor in the amount of remaining calories.
How do I fix this?

Hey thanks for posting your question. Sorry for any confusion regarding your calorie adjustment. The calorie adjustment is not showing your tracked exercise calories but rather the amount by which your total calorie burn for the day has exceeded our calculation for your day to day calorie burn. This means that your adjustment line will show as 0 until you have earned the extra calories in the form of an adjustment.
