Originally it seemed the export function was not working - I was not receiving the e-mail link
Definitely not a spam filter - and I switched e-mail addresses - and back (received verify mail on both accounts)
I was trying a COMPLETE and Custom export

So - I tried a 7 day and a 30 day export and they both came .... (of course I need the full bit... in my case that means since the end of December 2016 )

So the bug seems to be when you pull the data - since both 'Custom' and "Since the account started" are essentially custom, my guess is that the select statement is not sending a properly formed date to the DB engine... I'd guess the START date for the data... since 'today' doesn't need to calculated - so to speak - by code ... at least in the 'Since account started' query at least - and my guess is it is a repeated mistake - i.e. same code in both places

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble. When attempting to reproduce the issue on our end today, we received the email for Last 7 Days, Custom, and All Time. Would you please give it another go and let us know if you are still experiencing the issue today?
