Fitbit connection vets4321 — May 08, 2017 02:48PM PDT

Hi,

I am trying to connect my fitbit and Myfitnesspal accounts and keep getting this message. But I am not able to remove the one already linked. Any suggestions?

'Another MyFitnessPal account has already been linked to this Fitbit account. Only one account may be linked at once.'

Due to the fact that the trouble you are having is account specific, we will need additional information. Since this is a public forum, posting those personal details is not something we recommend. Please contact us here, so we can triage this with you through email. When you write in, please include your Myfitnesspal username and Fitbit ID so we can take a look.

Steps to get user ID #
1. Log in to Fitbit.com and click on your profile photo.
2. This will take you to your Fitbit.com Profile and now copy the URL from your browser’s address field and paste it in the email reply

Your Fitbit ID will look something like this: www.fitbit.com/user/1234A
