I would like to log net carbs ( total carbs less dietary fiber). Is there a way to do this - even manually?

At this time, there is not a way to keep track of net carbs within our program. We will definitely consider adding this feature for a future update. For now, you should be able to track your daily total carbs and fiber. You can then keep track of your net carbs (total carbs – fiber) via the “notes” section.
To record a note in our iPhone app, scroll to the bottom of the “Diary” page and tap “Notes.” In our other mobile apps, on the page that appears after you click the Add to Diary button (with the meal names listed), scroll down and you’ll see a row labeled “Food Notes”. Tap on it, and you can record whatever notes you’d like. Those notes will then appear in your diary.
Food notes are available on our website at the bottom of the food diary page.
To view all your nutrient totals for the day, including carbs, just go to the main menu or “More” page, and then to the nutrient or nutritional section. In that area you can view a daily or weekly option, as well as small buttons in the highlighted area to view your nutrients in different ways.
Our Premium service also offers the ability to change the information being displayed in your dashboard, at the top of the Home screen. One of the options is our “Low Carb” preset, which displays your Carbohydrates, Fiber, and Sugar, along with your Calories Remaining. You would then simply have to view the Home screen to be able to quickly calculate your Net Carbs, by subtracting your Fiber from your total Carbs.
