I have tried to connect and have not managed it - It used to work then it just stopped. I have deleted and re installed more than once. I am at a loss as to why it will not sync with my lap top and fitness pal.
It has been going on for a couple of months so I just stopped using both of them. I am so fed up.
I have no idea what to do next can anyone help?

After looking into the status of your account, all appears to be in working order. The next time you are not seeing a sync, please do not disconnect the accounts, and get back in touch with us so we can take a look into this for you.
