Why can't I use the forums? PhrasingBoom — May 26, 2017 02:19PM PDT

For the last few weeks or so, I've been unable to use the forums. When I click on the community tab, I am automatically logged out and asked to log in again. Only this time my account info is invalid, and when I try to reset my password, I'm told that my e-mail is not registered. This happens no matter what browser, network, or device I am using.

Did I miss a step somewhere? Was there some sort of update that requires us to have a separate account for the forums?

Please accept our apologies for the problems you are experiencing logging into the community. We have identified the issue and hope to have it resolved in the next week.

When we have it working properly you should be able to click on the community section and automatically stay logged in.
