Appropriate Response Time from Customer Support & FindingCoupon Rewards for Consistently LoggingIN? mposoff — Jul 09, 2017 08:20AM PDT
I received a notice that I had received a coupon for consistently logging in to the app. I was in an UA store and was about to pay for a set of wireless headphones and a) could not find the coupon and b) was told that they would probably not accept it - I've filed a "case" and have not heard back from customer support - So my question to the community is the following ... a) Do you Know where to find these coupons once they are awarded b) How long does it take for the Customer Service folks to respond back ... days/weeks???

Hey thanks for posting your question. Although we try to reply to support emails as quickly as possible, this depends on the number of emails we have in our queue. Generally you can expect to hear back within 24 to 48 hours, but we will certainly respond sooner when we can.
If you are using the app, you should be able to click on the Bell icon on the Home screen to pull up your Notification Inbox, which should still show the notification of the awarded discount.

Thanks for responding - I entered a case directly on the system - and it remains Pending - Since I started the conversation several days ago - The coupon has expired. Please provide a customer call in # so I can talk directly to a customer service representative.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. We can see one of our agents replied to your email this morning. Because it includes details about your personal UnderArmour Coupon Code, posting those details here in a public forum is not something we recommend. Please check your inbox for the response.
In direct response to your request for a phone number, we do not offer phone support, but you can reach us via email (as you previously did from https://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/emails/new) or via our technical forums (as you currently are).
Hope this helps! We wish you the best of luck in meeting and maintaining all your fitness goals!
