Same question as astrobearman. I have purchased the premium version, yet both this website AND the mobile app don't recognize the purchase. Both still say I'm a free user. Please advise.

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble. When we view your account status on the website, we are seeing the Premium status reflected there. Please try logging out on both platforms, force closing the app, refreshing your browser window, and then logging back into both with the exact same username and password you used when purchasing Premium.
