Fitbit Blaze not showing on my fitness pal with regard to steps nor exercise. larainebarnes — Jul 13, 2017 12:24AM PDT

I read answers on the forum where it said to go and revoke access on the fitbit and reinstall but when I come back to myfitnesspal and re login it still shows that the fitbit is installed so I cannot reinstall, I waited well over half an hour! MFP showed throughout the day yesterday that it was syncing but it was not syncing exercise nor the correct amount of steps. What do I do please?

Thank you for taking the time to contact us, we apologize for any confusion. It appears that you have an issue with the access token between the two accounts. To fix this can you please take the following steps in this exact order?

- Log into your Fitbit Dashboard and unlink your MyFitnessPal connection
- Log into MyFitnessPal and make sure that Fitbit is completely disconnected
- While still logged into your MyFitnessPal account please reauthorize your Fitbit account
