Unable to get to profile page on website. chrissonnie — Jul 13, 2017 04:04PM PDT

While I seem to be logged into this page, I am unable to get to my profile page. And the Login with FB did nothing.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us and apologies for any trouble you’re having. Would you mind giving us a bit more info so we can better understand the trouble you’re having?

-Just to confirm, it is specifically your profile page and not your home page that you’re having trouble accessing? Or are you saying you are unable to log into your account entirely?

If this is specific to your profile page:
-How are you accessing your profile page? Once you’ve logged in, are you clicking directly on your username at the top middle of the page? Or are you clicking on “Profile” option in the blue bar under the My Home tab?
-What is happening when you try to go to your profile page? Are you receiving any sort of error or loading bar?

If the trouble is that you are unable to log into your account entirely:
-What is the error you are receiving when you try to log into your account?
