Macro grams do not convert to total calories when alcohol is involved. How should it be included when tracking macros?

Hey thanks for posting your question. You should be able to log your alcoholic beverage the same you would log your food. If using the app you can probably even use the barcode scanner and find an entry for most labels. If the complete nutritional info was input when the entry was created it should behave like a normal food entry. if it does not have the calories or other info included you may need to select an alternate entry for that item. You also have the option to create your own entry if you know the nutritional data for the beverage.

Warm Regards,
