Not Syncing to IPHONE or Apple Watch janetrowland51 — Jul 16, 2017 01:19PM PDT

Steps are not syncing from my Iphone of Apple Watch. I've tried turning off the feature on both my Health App and MFP app and turning back on. It's still not working

I've read your responses to other's with this same problem and see the same answer over and over with no real solution.

If this isn't fixed or a real solution given, I will have to cancel my premium membership. Is there some reason that this program can't sync properly with Apple Watch?

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble. You mentioned turning off the the apps and turning them back on. Would you please also try uninstalling the MyFitnessPal app from both the iPhone & the watch, and then reinstalling them. Once reinstalled, confirm that they are set up for sharing again. Then log a few hundred new steps and initiate a sync. Please follow up with us if you are still experiencing the issue.
