Logging in on Fire 8 HD Ron_Brown — Jul 17, 2017 08:18AM PDT

I recently downloaded MFP and am not able to log in. Unlike the website or the app on my samsung phone (Which ask for email and password) the fire version asks for user name and password. I've tried using both user name and email but I get the message, user name or password is invalid. Is this a know issue?

Please accept our sincerest apologies, as we no longer support the Kindle app from the Amazon App Store and have removed the Kindle app from our platform of offered apps. We are aware the Amazon has not yet removed our app from the store, and are working with them on getting that removed, in order to be in line with us no longer supporting that app.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Your account can still be accessed via your kindle’s mobile web browser, or computer at our main website www.myfitnesspal.com or via the iOS and Android platform.

I had the same problem. I deleted the app from my kindle and got it from the google play store, app works perfect. suggest you install the google play stor on your kindle. you tube has videos on how to do it. i found this the easiest one. good luck. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WEi2ZHATt6I
