there are discrepancies in goal calories per day on my ipad and iphone or web page. I use the same account on all devices. For instance, when I add some food on iphone, it is displayed also on ipad and web page.
On iphone and web page there is 2170 goal displayed. But on ipad there is just 1470 goal.

Please make sure you know your username and password before reinstalling the app. Also, please note that any information that has not previously synced will be lost. Please DO NOT uninstall if you are running on iOS 5 or older, instead contact us back and let us know you are using an older iOS version.
First go online to www.myfitnesspal.com. Sign in using the same username and password as you do with the app. There you can add any information that has not yet synced. All your information that is visible online should resync to the app after you reinstall it.
If you are not finding your account and information online, please contact us back before reinstalling the app, and we will do our best to resolve the issue without having you lose your data.
Once you have seen your information online:
- Next, remove the app by going to the main applications screen, finding the MyFitnessPal icon, and pressing your finger down on it until the icon starts to jiggle and an “X” appears. Tap the “X” to delete the app.
- Please note: If you are linked with Healthkit, you will now see a screen asking you to ‘Keep’ or ‘Delete’ your Healthkit data. Please select ’Keep, ’ or you will risk losing all your HealthKit data. If you do not see this option, please do not proceed with uninstall.
- Once the app has been uninstalled, open the App Store (while you have a valid internet connection) and search for “myfitnesspal”, then reinstall the app.
- Finally, once the app has been reinstalled, open the app and log in using the same username and login you had been using previously. Your data from your account online will be synced from our website back to your phone.
