Double dipping cass216 — Aug 01, 2017 10:50AM PDT

So if I went for a walk after lunch, should I put that in under "exercise" on myfitnesspal or should I just assume that is what my Jawbone/UP app is capturing??? Meaning if I put it in and it calculates my calories burned I'm actually double reporting the steps I took. Is that correct? I'm just trying to figure out if now that I am wearing a jawbone tracker, I should skip entering activity that it would also track.

For now we would suggest letting your Jawbone capture this data and not adding the exercise into your diary.
