Streak reset, despite daily auto-updates from Withings chubbykallah — Aug 02, 2017 06:11PM PDT
Hello. I has over 200 days on my streak and then it reset to 2 days on August 1st. I have synched MFP with my Withings scale every single day since January 6, 2017. My MFP data shows my entry from every single day, yet it just reset on 1 August. Is there any way to get this re-established? I see a 2 day streak on both the app and the website.

Thank you for contacting us about your issue. We apologize that you are having this experience. We have submitted the request from our end and you should see the change made shortly.
In the future you can easily manage your counter yourself by visiting our dedicated counter reset request tool at this link: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/login_counter_reset_request
Log in to your account at http://www.myfitnesspal.com, click the link above, and specify the number of days you believe to be correct. Your counter will be reset immediately.
Please note that the counter will reset if you do not login to either the app or the website at least once for the day. The app must have an internet connection available when you login, or the login will not count. The best way to ensure your days do not reset again is to log at least one entry that syncs before midnight.
Also note, if you are traveling, the program does not automatically update to your new time zone; it remains set to the time zone you originally chose. You can check or change your time zone within the app by navigating to "Edit Profile, then "Time Zone. Or, if you are on our website, you can click “My Home” then “Settings” then “Change Time Zone.”.
We hope this helps. Thank you so much for using the program, and please let us know if you have any other problems or questions. We wish you continued success in reaching and maintaining your health and fitness goals.
Keep up the excellent job!
