i tried to look at the blog videos about getting started, nutrition, and a few other, and the videos would not play. now what do i do, now that i have signed up for your premium package???

Hey thanks for posting your question. Could you please let us know a bit more about the videos you are attempting to view? Were they “Ask A Trainer About Getting Started” and “Ask A Trainer About Nutrition?” Please also let us know if you are having the same experience when attempting to watch the videos with a cellular connection and when connected to wifi. If it’s just on a cellular network, you might also want to double check and make sure that your device is set to allow the use of cellular data.
