Ten days ago myfitnesspal stopped keeping track of my weight loss. Everyday, regardless of weight change, I'm told I've lost 1.4 pounds but under my profile picture it says 1 pound. Eleven days ago I had lost 36.4 pounds. So did I gain all that weight back or is there a problem with your system and how do we get it corrected?

As of today my total weight loss should read 38.6 pounds.

Hey thanks for posting your question. Sorry for any confusion regarding your weight loss. The weight displayed under your profile picture will only show whole units. So if you’ve lost less than 1.5 it will show as 1, or more than 1.5 will show as 2.

When we view your account status on the website, in the Check In tab, we are showing a new starting weight was entered on Aug 3rd. When we subtract your most recent weight entry from that, we are seeing a difference of 1.4. If you would like it to reflect your total weight loss, back to your official start date, you would simply change that starting weight entry to match your first entry on May 3rd. We can help you with that if you would like us to change it for you.

Warm Regards,
MyFitnessPal Staff
