MyFitnessPal / Garmin Connect RipleySydney — Aug 09, 2017 09:16AM PDT

I have read through all the questions posted, but have not found a solution to my problem with Garmin Connect synching w/MFP. My Garmin indicates it is connected to MFP, but when I look at MFP it doesn't appear to be receiving any data. Is there any chance you could help find a resolution.

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble. When we view your account status, we are currently not showing Garmin Connect as being linked. Please try disconnecting it and then relinking it via their website.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for any problems you have been having getting Garmin linked to MyFitnessPal.

If you would not mind trying the following (If needed please reference attached image):

- Start on the Garmin site
- First click the hamburger menu (three stacked lines)
- Next click “Calories In/Out”
- Then click on the item at the bottom to link to MyFitnessPal OR if you have the “Calories In/Out” setup on your dash you can click the blue Connect to MyFitnessPal option.
