Can't sign up for premium Katrinebean14691 — Aug 12, 2017 01:51PM PDT

Has anyone had a problem signing up for premium? I just tried signing up but I accidentally put in the wrong expiration date. It said I had entered the wrong security code although it was correct. After 3 tries I realized the mistake and fixed the incorrect expiration. But this time it came back as my card declined. This shouldn't be the case so I logged onto my credit card and it showed I had been charged $1.00 for every time I had tried with the wrong expiration date! I've never seen a charge for a mistaken credit card entry. And how are they charging me $3.00 on a declined card?

Has anyone had an issue like this? I would like the premium account but this makes me question if it's a good idea.

I sent an email for help to fitness pal but the reply said it would be a while until my email is looked at and addressed.
