Adding Food to diary at myfitnesspal.com online (google chrome) SusanTootie — Aug 12, 2017 06:16PM PDT

I am using a desk top computer, Google Chrome. I can pull up a list of foods and some of them will go in the box to the right, but most (usually the one I need) won't move and can't be added. Then it says error and the whole thing stops. Please help!

Another issue we have become aware of is a compatibility issue with the browser extension “HTTPS Everywhere.” Would you please check to see if you have added this plug-in/extension to your browser. If so would you try having it exclude myfitnesspal or removing it and seeing if the site functions normally?

If you are still having a problem could you then log in to your account and then go to http://www.myfitnesspal.com/diagnostics/ and try to run and submit the diagnostic tests. If you could then let us know you have visited this link, what other previous measures you have taken, as well as what computer you are using (mac or pc), what web browser, and your MyFitnessPal username.
