Crooked Profile picture jswigart — Aug 25, 2017 01:09AM PDT

Whenever I upload a new profile picture it shows up sideways. Not matter how I rotate it in my computer, when I upload it, it shows sideways. I have seen this problem posted before. It seems like you guys could fix this. It is very discouraging.
I am using apple products. Imac, Iphone, Ipad. All of which have the same problem.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. We are sorry to hear your photo is not displaying correctly. It’s possible the image may have auto-rotated.

To get this corrected, you may want to try adding the image from your computer. Here is a link on how to rotate the image (depending on your computer) then you can save the image and re-upload it to our site, at (just use the same username and password as the app).

If you are working only with an iPad, the Camera Roll app has an “edit” button when you are viewing a single photo, and there should be a “rotate” icon there. We would recommend trying to rotate the photo in the camera roll then updating your profile.

We hope this helps, but if you are still having a problem, please let us know. We wish you all the success in reaching and maintaining all of your diet and fitness goals.

Warm Regards,
MyFitnessPal Staff
