Can't unsubscribe themitevator — Aug 31, 2017 02:01PM PDT

Hi team - I'm trying to unsubscribe from MFP emails and have done so 5+ times. Still getting emails though =[
Can someone please make sure my email address is on the unsubscribed list? Thanks!

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble. We’ve tried to unsubscribe through the Settings on our end. Please allow 72 hours for any outgoing mail that’s already queued up to clear the system. After that you should be good to go. Let us know if you do receive anything and we’ll escalate the matter to our engineers and have them check things out on the back end.
