MFP will not let me connect my fitbit account swetharai — Sep 01, 2017 11:32AM PDT
I'm getting an error stating that an account is already linked with MFP. The error is "Another MyFitnessPal account has already been linked to this Fitbit account. Only one account may be linked at once. " but there is no Fitbit data being pulled into MFP. I need help in linking my two accounts. Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. We are so sorry that you are running into an issue connecting your accounts. It’s very possible that you may have accidentally created more than one MyFitnessPal account in the past, and your Fitbit is linked to a different account. Currently, you can only have Fitbit linked to one MyFitnessPal account at a time.
Would you mind trying to go to your Fitbit account, and then settings, then applications. find where your MyFitnessPal is currently linked, and hit the “revoke access” button. Then can you wait about 15 minutes, and then log into your current MyFitnessPal account, then go to the main “apps” tab, find Fitbit and try linking the accounts again.

Steps to get user ID#
1. Log in to Fitbit.com and click on your profile photo.
2. This will take you to your Fitbit.com Profile and now copy the URL from your browser’s address field and paste it in the email reply
your fitbit ID will look something like this: www.fitbit.com/user/1234A
