Fitbit blaze and myfitnesspal aren't synching Laura13214 — Sep 02, 2017 11:25AM PDT

I have a fitbitblaze that I connected to myfitnesspal yesterday. I have twoproblems:

1, it said when I connected them that you had to connect your blaze to the pc and it would download th info to myfitnesspal - it hasn't

2, it doesn't show on my mobile app so i can't click on it to use it as the app to count my steps - I'm currently using Samsung Health on my phone but of course I don't have the phone on me all the time - it's currently 1k less steps than the fitbit

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get it to show and use the info from the fitbit on myfitnesspal?

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble. Please check your timezone settings in both accounts to make sure they are matching and correct for your current location. We are currently showing one in the Pacific Standard Time while the other is showing as Europe.
