I am not able to cancel my premium subscription. Please stop it until my further notice.

We are sorry to hear you have not found what you were looking for in the Premium option. We would love to hear some additional feedback on what exactly you did not like about it, or what you anticipated it would be, as we plan on continuing to add improvements and additional features to the premium option.

In order to cancel your current subscription, you will need to send a request for cancellation of your renewal using the same platform on which you originally signed up on.

Depending on your iOS device, typically you should be able to cancel the auto-renew by going to the Settings app on your phone then iTunes & app store > click on your ID then view apple id then under subscriptions tap manage, then disable auto-renew for MyFitnessPal.

You should be able to cancel your recurring subscription at any time before the next renewal date. You are canceling the next billing charge. Premium features will remain available to you until the end of your currently paid subscription period, regardless of when you cancel the automatic renewal.

As noted upon purchase, the initial subscription is non refundable, however you can cancel auto renewal at anytime and your current subscription will continue until that initial period has lapsed. Please note deleting your account will not cancel your subscription, you must cancel your subscription in order to prevent further charges.

Apple’s policy is all purchases made via iTunes are handled directly through them. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to them here: https://www.apple.com/support/ios/contact/
We do not have access to any payments made via iTunes, and are unable to cancel or issue refunds from our side.

If you do decide to cancel Premium, you may still continue to enjoy the free version of the program with the same log in information as your Premium account.

Please confirm that the subscription has been stopped/cancelled, because I have been charged again this month.
At the moment I don't see anymore on iOS the option to cancel the subscription.

If you had cancelled it there and were still charged please follow up with Apple/iTunes Support at https://www.apple.com/support/ios/contact/ as we do not have direct access to the transactions there.
