Accupedo Myfitnesspal sync lost or corrupted. brunodoring7 — Sep 05, 2017 09:08PM PDT

Myfitnesspal (Android App) is showing yesterday's Accupedo step count, and the calories contributed by my walking yesterday (16,800 steps giving over 400 calories) have disappeared. I had not changed anything. Have tried reinstalling with no improvement.

Is this a glitch?

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us, you are correct in thinking that this may be a glitch.

If your exercise cals from Accupedo or any partner program are not moving from them correctly MyFitnessPal we would encourage you to contact them directly. The way our API works, the partner program is responsible for sending us any data created within their program. Once we receive this data we display the information in your Exercise Diary for them. Please note that only present and future exercises will transfer and none of the past workouts at this time.

I have double checked and our API is currently running and data is moving between the two programs.

You may want to try disconnecting these accounts and reconnecting them to see if this helps.

Accupedo should be able to resolve the issue for you.

If Accupedo can not resolve the syncing issue for you, please contact us directly – http://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/emails/new

All the best,
Maximiliano
