Hello, I have added my food both from mobile and desktop but the desktop it's not syncing with the app. While the app is showing correct amount of food, desktop is doubling up all the portions.
I am logged with the same user name and i have an iphone 6

yes, it's pretty annoying. every time i log in it doubles up my portions. now i have like 3 lunches

also, if i add food on the desktop version, it does not add it on mobile.

After some testing, this looks like this could be a sync issue. Can you please fully reinstall your iOS app to see if this helps to fix the issue?
This may not fix present or prior days but this could fix your future entries from duplicating.
