Fitbit to MFP and back again sync issue (or lack thereof) tchilder — Sep 08, 2017 03:39PM PDT

I see there have been several questions regarding this issue. Neither app is syncing to the other as of 8/29/2017 after working flawlessly for years. I've checked both my android (S6) mobile device, my android (ASUS) tablet, my Win10 (ASUS) laptop and my Win7 (Dell) desktop computer. I originally thought there may have been a update pushed that may have been buggie...a week and a half later, still no joy. Suggestions?

Thank you for taking the time to contact us, we apologize for any confusion. It appears that you have an issue with the access token between the two accounts. To fix this can you please take the following steps in this exact order?

- Log into your Fitbit Dashboard and unlink your MyFitnessPal connection
- Log into MyFitnessPal and make sure that Fitbit is completely disconnected
- While still logged into your MyFitnessPal account please reauthorize your Fitbit account

Thank you Maximiliano, that seems to have corrected the problem. Do you know how I might be able to get the missing days synced or do I need to manually enter the information in Fitbit?

Unfortunately, there is not a way to sync this old data at this time. Adding in this information manually might be your best bet.
