Logging In jamesk317 — Sep 10, 2017 05:24AM PDT

I am having trouble signing into my account on the myfitnesspal app on my Android based mobile device. I was wondering if this is a current issue that others are experiencing or not. I can log in fine on a computer but as soon as I try on my phone it says the email and/or password are invalid. When I try to initiate a new registration it says that it cannot validate the username at this time.

Help would be appreciated,

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble with signing into the app. We’ve passed your info on to our engineers and asked them to take a look. Please allow a little time for them to do their thing, but please do follow up with us if you are still experiencing the issue after 3 business days.
