MFP App not letting me log on eigna9187 — Sep 13, 2017 07:50AM PDT

Good morning,

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my galaxy edge s7 because i was getting "failed to load app data" errors. Now it won't connect to the server at all and wont let me log in. Any suggestions?

I am having the same problem. I couldn't get the app to sync with the web page or Samsung Heath so I uninstalled and reinstalled (forgot my password :/ and had to reset it) and now it won't let me log in on the app.....

I have a Samsung galaxy sky and I had my sync & data on but my app still will not load. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times.
