I just got a new tablet and down loaded the app. When i go to my food diary, there is no plus sign to add food. Am i missing something?

Hey thanks for posting your question. Would you please let us know what type of tablet you’re using? In the iOS and Android apps, the + button should be at the bottom of the screen, however, you should also see “Add Food” under each meal name in the Diary. Tapping that will take you to the search screen where you’ll be able to enter your keywords to look in your existing entries on your lists, or enter your keywords and then tap search (the magnifying glass on Android) to look in the public database.

I do not have an answer, but I am experiencing this same issue. There is no plus sign appearing or "add food" -- just a list of what I've already entered via another device. I am using a Samsung Galaxy. Can you help?

Please try holding your device in both landscape and portrait view to see if there is any difference in what is displayed. Generally you will not see the + button when viewing your diary in landscape. If you are also not seeing it in portrait please try to see if the screen will scroll, revealing the plus button at the bottom. If you are not seeing it in either view please click here to reach us via email, attaching a screenshot of how it’s displayed on your device, and let us know which version of the Android operating system your Galaxy is running, and which version of the MyFitnessPal app is currently installed.
