I keep getting the following error:

Another MyFitnessPal account has already been linked to this Fitbit account. Only one account may be linked at once.

I have gone in and revoked my settings on fitbit and tried to link my account and I get the same error. I don't know of another account linked unless it is my old fitbit charge hr but I no longer use that one I use the charge hr2. They are all listed on my fitbit account.

Steps to get user ID#
1. Log in to Fitbit.com and click on your profile photo.
2. This will take you to your Fitbit.com Profile and now copy the URL from your browser’s address field and paste it in the email reply

your fitbit ID will look something like this: www.fitbit.com/user/1234A
