Unable to access premium notirideror01 — Oct 05, 2017 09:17PM PDT

My account is paid through my apple subscription, as of 9/21, but i'm unable to access the premium features. I thought maybe something got cancelled so i attempted to re-subscribe but it says my subscription is active through 11/3 (next renewal). In the meantime, how to access the premium features?
