Unsubscribe To Newsletter Tattrpuff — Oct 07, 2017 10:23AM PDT

I have attempted to unsubscribe to MFP newsletter from my computer and my phone. I've tried clicking the unsubscribe link in the email and have found the specific link and unsubscribed from there. Nothing has worked. I've put in every email address I have and unsubscribed to all (even though I only have one email tied MFP). Every time with a successful green banner. Keep getting MFP newsletters.

I've resorted to sending them to Spam, but they still momentarily pop up on my phone before going to the deleted folder. Any direction would be wonderful.

Hello Tattrpuff,

Our apologies for the troubles you have been experiencing, our system is experiencing an issue causing some users to not be able to unsubscribe from our mailing lists. We have passed your email address along to our Marketing team so they can manually remove you from those lists. Please allow at least 3 business days (72 hours) before seeing any changes. Please note, since it is a weekend, the team will not see the request until Monday. They will manually complete the removal at that time, and the 72 hours will start once there removal occurs. Thank you for your patience.
