need help calculating how many calories I use when I work dorislindsay80 — Oct 08, 2017 11:41PM PDT

When I work I am on my feet for 6-8 hours. I am moving back and forth, giving out food samples to customers, and preparing samples. Does anyone know how I can figure up my calorie usage. When I select walking it is saying I am using more calories that I eat and I definitely now losing weight and skinny. Help!

Hey thanks for posting your question. Your daily activity should be considered as part of the Activity Level you select in your profile.

Sedentary: Spend most of the day sitting (e.g. bank teller, desk job)
Lightly Active: Spend a good part of the day on your feet (e.g. teacher, salesperson)
Active: Spend a good part of the day doing some physical activity (e.g. food server, postal carrier)
Very Active: Spend most of the day doing heavy physical activity (e.g. bike messenger, carpenter)

Warm Regards,
