Fitbit Calories adjustment not syncing at the end of day pakman92 — Oct 10, 2017 07:23AM PDT

I use Fitbit and myfitnesspal together and most of the time the sync work very well. However, occasionally the "Fitbit Calories adjustment" is not updated at the end of the day (11:59pm). In fact, when the little "i" icon is clicked the pop up says, the adjustment is based on xxxxx as of 5:34pm, for example. When this happens, additional calories burned after 5:34 pm are not credited/sync'd.

Can this be fixed, please? There should be a final sync for the previous day to make sure the latest #'s sync'd. Or provide a mechanism to force a sync on current or previous days.

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble. Please check in your fitbit app and check to make sure that all-day sync is turned on. You can find this by tapping on the image of your tracker, in the upper left, and then scrolling down. Otherwise, you can try manually initiating a sync in fitbit right before you go to bed to make sure that it is has your most recent data.

Warm Regards,
