deleting items from "my foods" dtb30 — Oct 11, 2017 09:03AM PDT

the answers in the forum currently don't answer this question - from a desktop / web browser the answer is click on the item you want deleted and either 1. click the delete button, or 2. click on the red circle. problem is, there is no delete button, or red circle. ???
how do you delete and item in "my foods" ??
Thank you!

follow up to question: if they are in "my foods", did I not create them, and therefore should be able to delete them? I see now, some items in my "my foods" have a delete button, some don't... leading me to believe maybe some of these I didn't create (but only edited)?? confusing...

Thanks for posting your question with us.

You can edit any food you have personally added to your database, and you can delete personal foods, as well, provided you have not shared them with the public database. At this time it is not possible to delete any food you’ve elected to share on the main database, you can only edit those foods.

Hope this helps to clarify,
